Refund & Cancellation Policy(Customer point of View)

If there is an incident of server failure while making the payment, we will refund your amount within 7 days to the same channel of the payment from which the payment was received.

• - For payments done through credit/debit cards or net banking, the refund will be processed to the same account from which the payment was made within 7 business Workding days. It may take 2-3 additional business days for the amount to reflect in your account.
• - Please submit all cancellation requests within 2 calendar days of registration and no later than the scheduled course date in order to receive a full refund of paid registration fees.
• - If a training / Courses is cancelled due to any unforeseen circumstances such as weather or natural disaster, the customer is entitled to reschedule for a future training course.
